18 Months!

Kellen had his 18 month checkup today. Everything is going well for him. He's 24 lbs, 7.5 oz (35th-ish) percentile and 33.5 inches long (83rd percentile). The nurse measured his head too, but didn't write down the measurement on our take-home. He's an Isenhart, it's probably 99th percentile. The doctor noticed that his first molar poked through. On the bottom. I can't remember which side, and I'm not that fond of sticking my finger in his mouth to find out. That must have happened last night since Danelle checked (she's braver than I am) before he went to bed. He also got three vacination shots. He was not at all happy about that. He must have remembered his flu shot from a couple weeks ago, since he started crying as soon as we walked into the exam room. He also cried while he was getting the shots, but as soon is it was over he was back to his normal self.

Danelle had the kids by herself for dinner since I had a late meeting. After I got home and had a quick dinner, we played with the Legos again tonight. Kristin is getting good at building things from the picture on the containers, and some of them she can now even do from memory. She made up a game where she would build something like the picture on the container except she would change one minor detail and I would have to guess what didn't match the picture.

Today's photos: Kristin and Danelle looking at pictures on the computer, and Kellen clowning around in the Target cart, both from Sunday.
