This evening we had an estimator come by to give us an estimate for a new kitchen floor. We'll probably get one or two more estimates before we make any kind of decision. Both of the kids we're actually very well behaved while Danelle and I talked to the guy, so that was really nice. Kristin poked her way through dinner and Kellen mostly entertained himself, though he did occasionally try tickling the estimator guy.

Kristin told me that they made 'brown chickens' today at Kindergarten, except that they don't have beaks or eyes or feet or feathers. Uh.... she went on to say that they'd be finishing them up later on. It was only then that I guessed that she really meant 'turkey'. I asked her and she said, 'oh yeah, turkey'.
