No problems getting the kids to eat tonight. They're both big fans of spaghetti and banana bread. And the sliced pears too. :)
We spent some time in Kellen's room this evening. He wet through his diaper last night so Danelle was putting new sheets on his bed after stripping it this morning. Kellen found a stool and picked it up and carried it all the way to the kitchen. He put it down in front of the sink and then climbed up to have a look into the sink. He's done this before, though I'm not sure was his fascination with the sink might be. Kristin, not to be outdone, went into the bathroom for the taller stool and brought it out to the kitchen too. She lost interest and wandered off, but Kellen thought climbing on the bigger stool would be more fun than the smaller stool. That of course ended in tears when he fell off the stool. I think he was more mad than anything else becasue he was off in running pretty quickly.
Kristin played with the Legos tonight and built a school. She did a good job of it, but I wasn't quick enough to snap a picture before Kellen-zilla arrived on the scene.
Kristin made a November calendar at kindergarten today. The top half is cut-out shapes of a cornucopia. Hers has an apple, and orange, and a pear. Today's random photo is from last February. It was taken at Sherwood Ice Arena. Kristin picked public skating as her potential reward this coming weekend for good behavior this week.
