Sunday morning we got a call from friends to head out to Out of This World Pizza and Play for a play date with 5 families. We had fun except for the last 5 minutes, which I will get to in a minute. Kristin had lots of fun playing with her friends and even spent some time playing with Kellen. Hooray! Kellen had a blast as he is now old enough to do more and get around better in the huge play area.
Back to the last 5 minutes. Kristin went back up to the top of the 3-story playstructure and got her fingers stuck in some mesh. Aaron heard her screaming and headed up to get her. She peeled off some skin and bruised a finger up good. Luckily it was not broken. She was a trooper through everything and was brave at the doctor's office. If you ask her what her favorite part of yesterday was, it is the balloon she got from the doctor, which is a latex glove blown up. HA!Kellen had a hard time getting down for a nap yesterday with the time change and our play date. He took a pretty good nap today though. Back to normal schedule today, but funny weather. Snow, sleet, hail, rain, sun. We had it all today. Very crazy spring weather.
